Primely located within walking distance to Mudgee’s main street, this double brick bungalow is character-filled inside and out; while the delightful front verandah and well-manicured gardens add to the home’s overall charm.
Inside, you’ll find a well appointed open plan living area with an eye-catching Baroque-style mural. Get together on the plush sofa situated in front of a smart TV or kick back on the recliners with a book fronting the wood-burning fireplace. The timeless kitchen combines modern conveniences while still maintaining some of its original features. It is fully-equipped with all the essentials, plus a coffee maker and dishwasher for easy clean up. Enjoy meals at home around the dining table or make your way out to the back patio for alfresco dining. The backyard is set up for entertaining with ample space to enjoy the outdoors. Gather around the bean bags and light the fire pit or cook up a true Aussie feast on the gas BBQ.
