Perfect location close to town centre and easy drive to the vineyards.Well equipped and clean property, comfortable beds ad furniture.Would definitely stay again.
Comfortable, spacious and close to woollies and good coffee (Dancing Goat) Our dog enjoyed being able to stay. Bit of traffic but not an issue at night. Yes there are some wall cracks but old and rustic and we loved it

We are glad you enjoyed your stay Sindy. We look forward to hosting you again soon.
The location is terrific and it is a really nice space. My only issue was that the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Might not bother others but if you like a plush mattress this properly might not be for you.
We had a comfortable stay, the property is within walking distance of the main town, cafes and shops. Good communication and reasonable rates. We would happily stay again
It was -1 degree outside when we were there so not much opportunity to use the outdoors there this time, but good space available for kids. Inside had the older cottage home charm with the new style kitchen and bathroom, everything you need to re-charge for the next days adventures. The bed are comfy and the electric blankets were greatly appreciated.

Mudgee can get very chilly in winter! Thank you for leaving a review. We hope to see you again soon.
House was cute cosy and warm. Location was perfect however the bed was extremely uncomfortable you could feel springs in your back and was painful to sleep on.
Other than that we had a lovely stay thank you
Everything was great except for traffic noise that could be heard even throughout the night. We chose to stay somewhere central so might expect some noise but were wondering if double glazing the windows might help.
Very disappointed that Emma didn’t reply to request for a refund, when member of my family booked for three days at an extra cost got sick so only my daughter and her 4 yr old visited briefly., but without her husbandBit mean in the basic. Not enough toilet paper and very thin otherwise a perfect stay
Clean, tidy and roomy. Easy couple of minutes walk to centre of town. Good size bathroom with good hot shower. Washing machine and spa too. Good size kitchen. Parking? A bit "hit & miss" with other cars parking in front of the house. Tried the driveway. Extremely tight squeeze, with only inches either side (med size SUV - anything larger wouldn't fit). Driver's door had to be beside verandah opening otherwise you couldn't get out of the car. All other car doors could not be opened because of narrowness of driveway. House on town bypass route. Weekend noise okay, but noisy on weekday early morning. The pedestal fan was a life saver as we kept window shut. I thought 1 x 200ml milk carton for coffee/tea was a bit skimpy for a 3 night stay. 2 clocks, but neither worked. Bedroom light didn't work, though there were 2 bedside lamps. First accommodation I've been to where they didn't supply shampoo.
The cottage was very comfortable and exactly as advertised. The property manager, Emma was very helpful prior to our stay. Small problem with the outside bins that were stinky and needed emptying. Some road noise if you're a light sleeper like me. But all in all, a very comfortable stay and great location. Would recommend the property

Apologies about the bins! Missed bin night the previous week!! Thank you for recommending others to stay with us.
The property was excellent in been tidy with everything ready for us. Kitchen had everything you would need for your stay.
Beds comfy. Plenty hot water for showers and washing up. Easy walk to CBD, restaurants ,pubs etc. Hope to return next year.
Well located to the markets and The Paragon Hotel (great meals - large). Easy walk to town centre. Well insulated from road noise. Shower nice. Kitchen has everything you need. Emma (host) was very responsive. Small things: I Couldn’t work out the radio. Beds a little too hard.
The only issue was Stayz gave us a 3 didgit code when the lockbox required a 4 digit code. An email to the owner on arrival was promptly answered allowing us to enter the property.
