3 level townhome with private garage to safely store bikes or equipment. For winter Ski-in Ski-out or a short walk or bike (800 meter) to the village centre.

2 bedrooms on the top floor each with en-suites, PLUS a full basement with beds for 6 more guests and another full bathroom.

Perfectly suited to house 2 small families or 1 large family comfortably.

TV’s in every room to keep the whole crew happy after a day of skiing, snowshoeing, biking, golfing or just being out in nature

For the winter the Orient chair lift is only 100m from the doorstep. The best ski-in ski-out access on the mountain!

All year round enjoy the beautiful south facing views of Mount Morrissey from the patio decks and of course a private hot tub to finish your day.

A perfect family getaway

Jessica's townhouse was perfect for our family ski holiday. The layout worked very well for us with our 3 adult children and son-in-law. The kitchen was a dream with every possible gadget and utensil that we could possibly need. The location is excellent with its close proximity to the slopes and a short walk to the village. Jessica is a great communicator and any minor issues were quickly sorted. An added bonus was the lovely neighbours and their gorgeous dogs. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous winter escape

We are a family from Australia who are regular visitors to Sunpeaks. The location and condo are superb, with excellent amenities and fully equipped with everything you would expect and need. Easy access to lifts and lovely walk to village. Jessica was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

Fabulous location and well equipped townhouse chalet

Super easy location ski-in and ski-out townhouse chalet. Walking distance to the village. A perfect place to stay at. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the required small appliances and kitchen equipment/dishes etc. Jessica is the best host. Thank you!

Great location!

This property had a fantastic ski in - ski out location. The owner was very responsive to questions and we loved the hot tub! Would absolutely stay again!
