Another solid stay for a work trip. The condo was tidy, comfortable, and quiet, with dependable Wi-Fi and everything needed to get work done. The Vista Cay location is very convenient, close to dining, main routes, and the convention area. Easy check-in and responsive host. Would book again.

Beautiful place. Great spaces. Loved that the porch faced the pool area. Nice and quiet. My only complaint is that the rooms need fans. It can be a bit stuffy.

Orlando vacation

This property was just as nice as the pictures. Beautiful place and we all enjoyed the pool. A Publix was within walking distance which was a plus. Also, great communication from property manager. Overall, great stay!

Amazing Place!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and we felt as if we were home. The decor was warm and inviting. One thing I would recommend is placing an additional towel rack in each bathroom and a kitchen towel(s). Looking forward to booking again!

Great Place!

Loved it. Clean and spacious. We had 5 in our party but could have had more comfortably. Thought it was odd to have only 2 garbage bags and would have liked a sponge/dish towels and some bigger coffee cups. Oh yeah, roller for upper dishwasher rack not there. Really very minor things but they would have turned a 9.75 to a perfect 10. Would stay again as is.

Double Booked!

Upon entering the door to this 3 bedroom condo that I booked and paid for, we were met by people that were already inside! They booked through another booking agency and I booked through VRBO. We were moved to a smaller, older 2 bedroom condo that did not meet our needs. It was an awful experience. They did refund a percentage of the booking, but I wouldn't have paid the remaining amount for what we got. I would not book with this 3rd party company ever again! Terrible experience.

Hi Ashley, we appreciate your feedback and we understand the frustration. Unfortunately yes there was an error with our property management system where something did not sync correctly. However you were refunded 100% of your stay and not "a percentage" due to this issue. Again, we understand it was a horrible experience for you and extremely inconvenient.
