Platinum Escapes welcomes you to Beachfront Bliss on Mollymook Beach. This magnificent property is located right on the fabulous Mollymook Beach, you can't get much closer This beach house is the perfect spot to relax and recharge while enjoying all that beautiful Mollymook and surrounds has to offer.

As well as offering immediate beach access, Beachfront Bliss is warm and inviting with beautiful garden and ocean views from 2 great entertaining decks. Sit back, relax and keep an eye out for those dolphins!

There is off-street parking for 3 cars, with 2 under cover. From the double carport you enter an attractive and secure walled garden courtyard an ideal space to relax with a good book or watch the kids play.

Beyond the main entrance, the entry foyer leads to split levels of delightful beach house ambience.

The upper level is a spacious main living and dining area featuring a modern kitchen, stylish beach decor, relaxed air-conditioned comfort and TV. The covered upper deck offers relaxed seating, an outdoor table setting for 8 people and BBQ .

The middle level has a separate lounge area with flat screen TV and desk, leading to the generous beachside deck, lawn and garden area with gated private access to the beach. Bedrooms 1 and 2, bathroom 1 with WC and a separate WC are also situated on this level.

Opening also to the beachside lawn, the lower, or ground level houses the spacious third bedroom suite. In addition to the queen bed, this suite also offers a single trundle bed and double sofa bed. A second bathroom with shower and bath and WC, are part of the suite and a separate laundry is adjoining.

Just outside the door you'll find a convenient and private hot and cold outdoor shower to comfortably freshen up and wash away the sand before entering the house.

All linen and bath towels are provided for your stay, all you have to remember is to bring your beach towels for swimming.

Bliss at the beach

We just spent a week over Christmas at Beachfront Bliss. The house was so great, lots of space for hanging out together but also enough space to get away from each other too. Both the front and back yard are spacious and fully enclosed. The upstairs balcony was a great spot for Christmas lunch. The house was equipped with everything we could need (except a vacume). It takes about 1 minute to walk out the back gate and down to the beach. The flags are a bit further down the beach towards the surf club. In the late afternoon the beach becomes shallow and clear and waves aren't as big, which was perfect for the kids. If you go for a walk along the beach early in the morning you will get to see dolphins. ( I would recommend leaving a marker at the end of the beach path so you dont miss the path when you return). There's an outdoor shower at the house which came in super handy after an afternoon at the beach. This property is great for a family vacay or a group of friends. I would highly recommend coming for a stay.

Great location, great house

House is great size, perfectly situated for a short stroll from your backyard to the beach, or relax on the balcony. Great to host families or groups. Really well stocked house, all essentials for entertaining as well as for kids.
