Sandy Cheeks - Private Bay Beach with Gulf Access! Waterside deck!

Room for all in this open floor plan beach house designed for outdoor living! Enjoy modern conveniences, DirectTV in every bedroom, and a custom kitchen. The back deck is where you'll spend many hours when you're not in the water. A shaded deck will give great views of our happy hump (bridge) and beautiful sunsets on the bay. Private beach in your back yard with bayside deck, hammocks, and furniture. 4 kayaks, a corn hole set, and crab traps included! Catch your dinner outback! Enjoy this large 5/4 Dauphin Island Beach Rental with your extended family and friends! Gulf Beach access is 0.35 miles from the end of your driveway!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and cannot be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.

Private ocean getaway

Perfect beachfront home!

This home was perfect for us and our extended family during Spring Break. We enjoyed the private beach, hammocks, and dock daily! We also enjoyed the common space and large deck off of the home. We cooked many meals in the kitchen where we had space for multiple people to help with prep. We hope to go back to Dauphin Island again in the future!

Views of the ocean and bay

The house is located on the more remote side of the island. Everything in the home is new and it is fully equipped. We had access to both the beach and bay. The girls enjoyed kayaking on the bay side and boogie boarding on the gulf side.

The place was great! Perfect for relaxing and family time!

We enjoy our stay very much. Sunshine and family are the best of time. Only one ran in with man next door. He told was to go act like tourist. We all read the many warnings and went no where near his dock But other then him, the place was super nice and the people were easy to talk ro and work with. We loved it.

The rental house was good, very spacious, enjoyed the deck near the water. Only concern/ issue we were not sure of, if the bath towels were clean, they didn't smell clean, so we washed them again before we used them.

The house was gorgeous. A little misleading having a boat in the pictures but not available with house. Hammocks were nice but one was broke. Dealing with an agent was different for us, usually communicate directly with house owner; who are a little more friendly.

Amazing Beach House

The location of this house is perfect with the bay in the back and the ocean across the street. Bring BUG SPRAY! So many bugs and they bite. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the back porch or the bay. The beach is clean and quiet. It's an easy walk to get there. There isn't much to do on the island besides relaxing and enjoying the beach life...which is perfect!! Our kids loved finding all of the hermit crabs on the bay. We weren't super impressed with the restaurants on the island, but the prices were right for what you got. The kitchen was well stocked, so we were able to cook without missing anything. We would definitely return! It was a great week spent with family.

Great place to unwind!

This rental had everything you could possibly need for a great family beach vacation! The house is perfectly situation for a family or multiple families. We loved being on the calmer side of the beach bc our kids (6 and 9) loved hunting for seashells, hermit crabs, and taking out the kayaks. It was perfect bc we didn’t have to worry about the waves. Then it was just a quick walk across the street to the waves. There isn’t a lot of fine dining experiences on the island or nearby so we cooked in every night and that was nice for our family but if you haven’t visited the island before it is something to keep in mind. There isn’t a bustling night life or dining on the island. We enjoyed our experience and the house perfectly met our needs.

Best Family Beach Vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. We had a little trouble getting in the door but owner was quick to respond. Everything was accounted for and we had plenty of room for our family of 11. Plenty of towels for us all! We were sad the mosquitos were so bad out back by the bay but we enjoyed plenty of time at the public beaches. D.I. Is the best kept secret for a family beach vacation!!

House was perfect for ourr family

House was very accommodating for our needs. Plenty of room and clean. Only issue we had was the gas grill not working. We ended cooking our steaks in a skillet, was was fine too. Next day tgey brought us a brand new one before lunch. We got to grill our burgers and dogs. Rental company was very helpful through out the process. Team members were great.
