Big Fish Cabins - Cabin #2

Relax and enjoy being away from the crowd in the peaceful and well manicured Big Fish Cabins park located at 18555 FM 1751, Bronson, Texas. Minutes from several boat ramps and less than a mile from the facilities at San Augustine Park. Nestled amidst numerous public and private hunting leases. Enjoy the fish cleaning table and charging your boat battery at your door. Our park is waterfront and at the back of Buck Bay so leave your boat in the water. We are within walking distance of a store/cafe.

No smoking indoors, no campfires on the ground or in the Charcoal grill, and no PETS please.

Cabin #2 is a full sized mobile home with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The bedrooms contain a full, queen and king bed. It has a complete kitchen with a full sized refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils and counter with 4 bar chairs.

There is a TV and DVD player. No satellite/cable service in the park so bring your movies!

Great Stay Great Place

Needed a last minute place to stay for a fishing tournament and the host kindly helped me out. Great host, great place. Definitely coming back to spend more time here.

The location to the lake and Pineland was great! There is no cell service inside the trailers, and no tv besides dvd movies whick was kinda relaxing.

I believe you meant that you left the place in really bad shape. There were 11 bags of trash left on the porch, in addition to the can in the kitchen and on the porch left full. A dumpster is provided for your use with instructions to use it. When I drove up I had to run the neighborhood dogs off that were there eating the food on the ground. I am still finding trash on the grounds, water bottles and beer cans hidden in trees, candy rappers, children's socks, etc, 16 days later. The food spills were so bad on the porch, it had to be pressure washed. Additionally you miss-represented yourself. Your reservation request was for 2. Judging by the condition the place was left in, there were many more than two. I'm sorry, during your next trip to Sam Rayburn you will need to find somewhere else to stay.

Love this cabin and the big screened in porch. Great for a family get away. Other cabins also available on the property if more rooms are needed. We stay here once or twice a year. Great every time!!!

Great place to stay

I was in the area for business and decided to try this place. What a pleasant surprise. The cabin was clean and we'll furnished. The grounds well kept and the owner was enjoyable. I'll never stay in a hotel again, when in the area.

This was our 3rd time staying at Big Fish Rentals and each time we stayed the place was clean and the owner was on sit to help you with any issue we had. We will stay there in the future on other fishing trips.

Nice quiet and very peaceful

First let me say we did enjoy our stay, it's in a great location and very peaceful. Meet some wonderful people staying in another trailer that had children my grand children age so they had a blast The only drawback I have is I contacted the owner twice about a situation and still haven't heard from them. My advice to anyone renting is take before and after pictures of everything or take out the renters insurance. The only reason I didn't take the insurance my husband is a Master Carpenter so I knew if anything happened he could fix it. We did enjoy our stay but will probably look elsewhere next time.

It's so sad to see retaliation reviews. I would like to say that I am equally as unhappy with you and the condition this cabin was left in. I did not receive a single call from you or your group so no need to respond. I did receive a nasty response to my request for you to pay to replace the charcoal grill that was ruined by your group. Additionally a ceiling fan chain was pulled out of a fan, the place was left in filthy conditions, drinks spilled underneath the couch and not cleaned, freezer left full of items, discarded ice chests left on the porch for me to throw away, my bathtub toys underneath the living room furniture, A/C left on, and the list goes on. Unfortunately I have had to add you to my "no rent" list so I'm going to have to ask you to find somewhere else to stay during your next visit to the area. We take great pride in our Park and have a wonderful group of guests who come to enjoy what we provide. We work too hard to have guests who do not respect our property.

Base for Company Fishing Tournament

The location was great and very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Loved the large screened porch were we could enjoy all the sounds of nature.
