Beautiful beachfront home in terrible disrepair.House was filthy. Spoke to Elliott several times, they sent cleaning people back, nothing was cleaned. Two vacuums in the place, hadn't worked in months. Took my daughter in law and I two whole days to clean it so it was acceptable to live in. The owner needs to know what is going on, this was such a shame.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the condition of the home during your stay this is far from the experience we want for our guests. We appreciate you reaching out to the management team, and we’re disappointed that the follow-up cleaning did not resolve the issues. Your comments have been shared so the concerns can be addressed properly, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the time you had to spend cleaning. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide the comfortable, well-maintained stay you expected and deserve.”

House was in disrepair

The management company was great to work with but the house had significant issues. It rained inside the living room one day, which was fixed the next day. The kitchen faucet started to leak so bad that it flooded the countertop and required a full replacement. The floor in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom sag so much that you had to walk uphill to get to the kitchen sink. The bedrooms, beach and location was as described and we'd stay with the company again but not this house. We did worry about how much the house swayed in the wind. Have never stayed in a house that swayed that much and we've rented a lot of houses on stilts. If you have a good sense of adventure and the small things don't bother you, this house and location will be fine, as long as it's structurally sound. That last part we did alert the management company as it's a safety issue if not inspected.
