With its spacious layout, this charming retreat accommodates up to 8 guests, making it the perfect spot for a memorable getaway with family and friends.

Kitchen and Living Area:
Step into the heart of the home, where the modern kitchen awaits with all-new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, sink, oven, and stove. The open-plan design ensures that the kitchen seamlessly integrates with the dining and living areas. Enjoy a second TV in the dining space, ideal for entertaining or keeping up with your favorite shows. For added convenience, a powder room is located nearby. The large sliding doors lead out to a delightful outdoor entertaining area, complete with a BBQ, where you can savor leisurely afternoons and evening meals with friends while soaking up the fresh air.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The master bedroom, located downstairs, is a serene retreat featuring a walk-in robe and a luxurious en suite bathroom for your privacy and comfort. Upstairs, you'll find three more generously sized bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer plenty of wardrobe space and a welcoming atmosphere. The main bathroom upstairs is designed to be both functional and relaxing, with a basin, shower, and a large bath perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Outdoors:
The small backyard is a private oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. It provides a cozy space for children to play, or for adults to relax with a good book or a cup of coffee. It’s an ideal spot for intimate gatherings or a quiet retreat after a busy day.

Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.

No smoking on premises.

No pets allowed.

Please note that this property is patrolled by Coastcom security.

20% Deposit to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival.

No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date.
