Chris' Place - Sunny, pet friendly original kiwi bach on quiet street, a 5 minute walk to estuary

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac a 5 minute walk from the estuary is this sunny, family-friendly kiwi bach. While it has had some updates over the years it still retains its original bach charm and is basic but tidy.
This cosy accommodation has a lovely little deck with sunshade for outdoor living and a spacious garden front and back for summer games. When the weather isn't so great there is a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and discs and a sound system.
Enjoy the proximity to the estuary for a swim or walk with the dog. For a slightly longer stroll, 15-20 minutes takes you to the surf beach or Wood St shops and eateries.
Plenty of room to park a boat or jet ski with the boat ramp only a 5 minute drive away. NB: Tents may be allowed on request but not to increase the number of guests.
Please note this is a very basic bach but it is tidy and in a great location. This property does not have Wi-Fi

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
