This was our third time here. Love this spot in Wythville. We’ve never been disappointed. Very relaxing. Love the gas fire place. Our home away from home.
Cozy, clean cabin with everything you need. The location is convenient to town and the area was quiet. The kithchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are comfortable.I would definitely stay here again.
We rode the New River Trail in sections. This home is in a great central location and close to restaurants, Oracle Book store, antiques, etc. Private, clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of quilts and homey touches. Would definitely recommend.
Great property. House was exactly as described and it was in the perfect location for someone from Michigan to stay for their first race at Martinsville. Clean, cozy and if we are in the area again we will try to stay here. Simply amazing place to stay.
It was amazing! The cozy little cabin was so homey and the owner was very helpful when we lost internet connection. Peaceful and serene location...we will definitely be back!
We enjoyed our stay in the home. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit due to rain but the home was super cozy. Very comfortable bed to sleep in. And the room with the fireplace was just what we needed for the rainy days to just relax.would definitely recommend and hope to stay again .

I can't say enough nice things about this rental. Absolutely peaceful and decorated wonderfully.
Stayed here when visiting my sister. My husband and our two small children. Was plenty of space and big yard to run around. Close to everything we needed to be near. Nice house and thanks for letting us visit.

Comfortable home
We had a great time. Unfortunately due to the rain we were not able to use the fire pit or hot tub but the fireplace sure helped to make up for that. It took the chill off and we just relaxed. Close to downtown shopping and restaurants.
We visited Wytheville for a family reunion. This was a perfect place for our family to stay. Very clean and has everything you need. Less than a couple of miles from town. Will definitely stay again when we come back.
This place was so warm and cozy. All the little details were considered and we felt very much at home. Very comfortable bed, loved the fireplace and hot tub! Close to town yet on top of a quiet hill. It was perfect and we would very much consider booking here again.
What an amazing stay. We enjoyed every minute of it. This is a sweet spot to have a little R&R. Everything you wanted and needed was at your fingertips. The bed was amazing. The views brought solstice and peace. Throughly enjoyed. Thank you for your amazing space. Stay here.
Lovely home with a beautiful yard. Beautifully furnished and decorated. I can’t recommend this property highly enough. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.
It was so relaxing and quiet and it made for an amazing retreat after a long stressful couple of weeks! The hot tub was the perfect ending to a perfect day! And the fireplace was so romantic and peaceful! We will definitely be back!
Loved the location and the back room with the gas fireplace was really great! Place was very quaint and peaceful. A couple of the room heater remotes did not work and we had to shut these off by unplugging and the hot tub could use a new cover. These are simple things and we would definitely go back again.

Very cozy house. Response to fixing both fireplaces was excellent & quick. Filled propane tank as requested. Highly recommend this stay.
Comfortable little country home with a great hot tub. Nature views, animals coming through the back yard are always pleasing. We usually come in the fall, but it was great as well in the Spring. We bike the New River trail and look forward to coming “home” and relaxing afterwards. The outdoor furnishings need some work and windows and shades need some extra cleaning attention. That view from the expansive windows is a real eye-pleaser! We added an extra day to our stay.
It was so nice when we arrived, they had several lights on the front porch, A welcome card, fresh fruit, plenty of supplies. It was so nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub. The location was easy access to town. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and we went to Log cabin restaurant and the waiter that waited on us was wonderful. He had asked us why we were in town and we told him our anniversary and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
At the end of our meal, he brought us a delicious piece of cake for our anniversary.
I would highly recommend this place for a couple or a small family.

Wytheville Vacation
Our overall complaint was we were never told prior to arriving that their dryer was not working. Upon arrival we were told that the dryer would be fixed on Wednesday. We arrived on a Sunday. On Wednesay we had to call the owerns to find out when the repair person was arriving. We were then told the repair person was waiting on a part and the dryer would not be fixed until after left. The lack of commuincation was disappointing.

Response from VrboOwner on 21 Oct 2024
Owner's response: Thomas, It is our mission to provide a 5-star experience for all our guests, and we are disappointed that you felt this way. - We did inform you that the dryer was not working and the earliest we could get someone out to fix it was on Wednesday. We were informed that the part did not come in as expected and it would not be fixed until after you left. However, we offered to do laundry for you and have it back the same day since the repair would not be complete during your stay.We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.

Homey and Relaxing
Our stay was very quaint and nice with a very homey feel. Main bed was very comfortable. The front porch and side deck were nice and relaxing in the countryside. Enjoyed eating and sitting in the morning room. Having coffee on a chilly morning in the morning room with the fireplace on was a highlight. It is in a very convenient location to the downtown and good local restaurants along with typical fast food. Things that would have made it better. - There was no laundry or dishwasher soap provided. - The dryer was not working with a note saying they didn’t know when it would be fixed. - The living room couch was very old and worn out. Not too comfortable. - It was very dangerous backing out of the driveway onto the road because of a blind curve in the road immediately uphill from the driveway. After a close call the first time I tried it, I started backing onto the lawn and turning my car around so I wouldn’t have to back onto the road. We spent four days here and we would stay here again if the situation arises.
