We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
Paradise Palms Rules: Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.
30LB less - $10 per package
Oversized packages athose weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse.

Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Meals are delivered straight to the house.

Family Vacay

The property was beautiful but only two of 8 TVs worked, the pool was cloudy due to pump not being on the entire stay and the grill didn’t work. We spoke with property management throughout the stay informing them of the problems multiple time and they would send someone out but they wouldn’t or couldn’t fix anything. Always stating they will be back and never show up.

Horrible experience. Ruined my entire vacation.

First day we checked in was such a headache. Our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm so we checked in a day late. When we finally get to check in it was a disaster the gate had no idea who we were and we were not on the “list” so we were not allowed entry. Had to call customer service just to get past the community gate. After that we arrive at the house and we were given the wrong code to enter the home. Had to call customer service again. Then same experience for all of our other family members. We were constantly calling customer service to make sure everyone is allowed to passed through the gate. It became a nuisance. We paid for heating for the pool which was also a disaster. It cost 35$/day. The pool heater did not turn off our entire stay and it became so hot that we could not even use it. Same of us burned our feet from trying to go in the pool. I literally have pictures of the water steaming. No way it was safe to enter. After contacting customer service they said they would send someone the next day. THEY NEVER DID. We paid all this money for this home and we could not even use the pool. Keep in mind we were so excited traveling from New Jersey to enjoy warm weather it totally ruined a big part of our vacation. Customer service was not understanding AT ALL! I have stayed at many rentals and NEVER had this experience. They have multiple people trying to address your issues and it never gets resolved. Definitely avoid booking there are so many other listings to choose from. DO NOT CHOSE “MASTER” VACATION HOMES.

Hi Rosalyn, thank you so much for leaving us a review! We appreciate all types of feedback, especially when they contain areas where we can improve so we take them very seriously. Just so future guests are aware, we are fair in terms of flexibility when it comes to change of dates or requests for any other alterations and we understand the guest's position due to the inconvenience. However, Rosalyn requested a last-minute change. These alterations are harder to accomplish since the unit was held for the guest since the day they booked it. As soon as the guest completes the reservation and the confirmation letter is sent, we request that all the guest's full names be sent to us in order to add them to the gate system. Rosalyn, unfortunately, did not send us the required names and that is what causes the delay. We are happy to note that the process is very simple, once we have all the names. Our customer support team is always online and their response time is amazing, we kindly ask guests to follow the correct procedures in order to avoid this type of confusion. We care about our guest's experience and we want them to enjoy the home and all attractions our city has to offer. So we work 24 hours to make sure we achieve this goal. Lastly, the pool heating system was turned on the 29th and effectively running on the 30th since it takes 24 hours to warm up the pool. The temperature is always set to around 90 degrees Fahrenheit which is the default on the settings. We encourage guests to be aware of the season when adding the pool heater. The outside temperature may be too low and at some points, the water in the pool may feel a lot warmer than it actually is. This steam effect is due to the surface temperature of the pool being higher than the current temperature outside; on December 30th was around 50 degrees Fahrenheit. We are glad to hear that the pool heating system was functioning as it normally should, we take pride in the amenities we provide.
