Great property

Our stay here was excellent! There was a small issue with the fridge being broken but the property manager was very quick to get it taken care of! The house and pool are everything you could ever need for a great vacation!

Nice rental overall. Property manager was very responsive to any items. Outdoor area and pool was the best part, we used it quite a bit every day. Everything you needed was at the house.

We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed this vacation home. It is a lovely place, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.You can tell that the property is a bit older, and some things could use an update. For example, the refrigerator didn’t cool properly, and a few other items are showing their age.Overall, however, this did not take away from our experience. We had a wonderful stay, would happily come back, and would definitely choose this vacation home again. Thank you for having us!

Christmas getaway

Property was in a very good location. About 10 minutes from anything you'd like. Property manager was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Younger kids loved the pool and swam every day for hours. Canal behind the house was beautiful.

Had an Amazing time!

My family had an amazing time on vacation. It was our first time in Cape Coral but will not be the last! The house was very cozy and clean. Most of our time was spent out back by the pool which was a great area! Pool was great & the pool toys were a perk for the kids. The two men we dealt with while there (im sorry don't remember their names) were very friendly & helpful. No complaints!

Just what I needed. The house was clean, pool was great and most of all it was quiet. Great neighborhood! Saw the occasional turtle swimming and Manatee!!!! I will be back.
