We enjoyed everything about our little cabin, the porch and courtyard were our favorites. Everything was exactly as we expected, very nice experience. Make sure to eat at Dimonas Cafe, within walking distance, it is a fabulous Mediterranean restaurant!

This property is charming, clean, and has been decorated and furnished beautifully with an eye for detail. The location is just a few minutes drive from the heart of town. There is no cooktop, but we didn’t miss cooking at all. The weather got very cold during our stay, so the gas burning stove in the living room was a plus, but it took us a while to figure out how to operate it and the climate control in the two bedrooms. Directions for those in the welcome binder would be great. When we had trouble with the key as we were checking out, the host took care of it right away. I would gladly stay here again

Great Girls Getaway

My best friend and I loved this little getaway for our Mother’s Day Weekend away from the hubbies and kids. The price for the rental of Larkspur was reasonable considering it was a quick holiday weekend. It gave us the homey feeling we were wanting vs. being trapped in a hotel room the with the same boring floor plan. We look forward to telling our friends about our stay there.

Cute little cottage

This place was perfect for 3 people! It was nice and cozy especially with the fire place. Very close to Main Street - we did drive, not walk since it was cold but it was under 5 minute drive!! We would definitely go there again!

Wonderful Accommodations

We always wonder what your getting when staying in a new place, however this location was a breath of fresh air! The cabin had all we needed to enjoy or stay and much more. The property manager thought of everything one might need or forget to make an enjoyable stay. The cabin was very cozy and clean. My Wife and I give it a 10 out of 10 and look forward to coming back! Thank you Property Manager for your attention to detail!

Weekend at Larkspur

We had such a great weekend staying at Larkspur this weekend. The cabin was perfect. The staff at Gastehause Schmidt was extremely helpful, we had originally booked with Airbnb and were concerned when the property owner cancelled our reservation to switch to Gastehaus. My boyfriend called Gastehaus Schmidt and they took care of everything for us. We were even able to book a wine tasting tour with Elizabeth Haus wine tours that was absolutely perfect!!

Nice cabin, four adults stayed two nights with only two negatives; we ran our of towels and the back door was difficult to lock. But, with this said, we would stay there again and will recommend this cabin to our friends.
