WELCOME TO DIAMOND BEACH HOUSE
A newly-remodeled 4-bedroom vacation rental home in the lively beach town of Pacific Beach. This beautiful home offers modern beach cottage charm, a fully fenced yard, a cozy fire pit, and A/C.

INTERNET
We offer high-speed internet access throughout your home so if you need to work or navigate the internet, we have you covered. The house also has a backup battery for the modem & router so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.

There is one shared bath on each floor.

LOCATION & SURROUNDING
Our home is located on family-friendly Pacific Beach just two blocks from the main beach access of Diamond Street where you will find white sandy beaches, surfing, and the famous Crystal Pier. It's only a 5-minute drive to SeaWorld and a 15-minute drive to the San Diego Zoo at Balboa Park. The San Diego International Airport is only 20 minutes from this home.

The shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Mission Blvd and Garnet Ave are within walking distance.
Take an uber or ride a bike to Belmont Park's Big Dipper roller coaster and amusement park.

HOLIDAYS
Holidays are exciting, but before you book, please check your dates and only select one of the following when making your holiday reservation. Please contact a reservation agent before booking if your dates are different than the following to find a way to accommodate you. Our holiday dates for 2024 & 2025 are:

EASTER WEEK AND THANKSGIVING
• Thanksgiving (November 24 - December 1, 2024)
• Easter Week (April 12 - April 20, 2025)

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS
For any reservations arriving between December 18, 2024 to January 6th, 2025, we have a 10-night minimum requirement. Specific periods may be required. Please contact us before making an online booking during this period.

MUSIC FESTIVALS
Please contact us before making an online booking during music festivals dates. Restrictions may apply.
