Moreover, the large family room has a flat-screen TV and complimentary Internet for our guests -- perfect for entertainment and making this property your second home away from home!

On the other hand, the house is perfectly located on more than an acre of landscaped garden, with mature fruits and olive trees... Choose to relax in a patio among century-old olive trees, or on a patio looking out on vineyards, or wrapped in the courtyard outside the family room.

Wherever you are on this property, you will definitely enjoy the beauty and bounty of Sonoma!

Other things to note:

* The house is situated on a popular walking and biking street, and with easy walking to wine tasting...

* Please be advised that there are two cameras placed outdoor for security.

* Strictly NO PETS allowed. Homeowners are extremely allergic to pets.

* Parking -- Only in the long driveway area. No Parking in the Garage. Please note the entrance is at the back of the home.

* There is a separate private area attached to the house by a 32-foot hallway. It is a private area used by the owners who are seldom there.

* The home is on a well with delicate country septic. Kindly use water conservatively and place only toilet paper in the toilets.

* Trash and recycling bins are in front at the far left of the property.

* Gardeners arrive on Friday mornings.

*The house is on a well which is common in the area. This time of year there is a sulfur smell and it’s been tested & completely safe!

Location is breath taking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located in the heart of wine country, this house has the Sonoma feel. The house has been upgraded over the years, but maintains the original feel. the owner should invest in a water filtration system to remove the smell of the water and to soften it. Aside from that more of a hit than a miss.

Beautiful Sonoma Cottage

Great views! Close to downtown - we biked every morning to the square. Quite peaceful neighborhood, will definitely book again.

Gorgeous property, perfect location!

We had the best stay at this beautiful home in the heart of wine country. Close to excellent wineries and breathtaking views. Perfect for a small family or two couples. Can’t wait to visit again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: all was as promised, except came back to watch the Dodger/Padre final game and couldn't find it with the present tv arrangement. not a happy camper about this. otherwise a good stay.best
