FABULOUS....GREAT FOR ALL AGES OF FAMILY GET-TOGETHER

Our family loved the facility! Very well kept, furnishings comfortable, more than ample seating for dining; and kitchen well equipped. Our family had a great time in the pool, game room, basketball court, to dirt pile w/trucks, etc. The fire pit area was a big hit with the kids for s'more's of course; but, it was such a relaxing area that everyone enjoyed being there from time to time during our stay. Beautiful view...and we never ever saw anyone else....like being in the country but still not that far away for a quick trip for supplies! You will not be disappointed.

Great property with fantastic views

We booked this property with multiple friends and enjoyed every minute. Property has fantastic views and plenty to do. We were able to cook out on the back porch overlooking the San Antonio lights from our balcony. Owners were very friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed our time. Uber rides were available to Helotes and San Antonio. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area that values privacy and beautiful views with excellent accommodations.

Perfect Hill Country getaway

We loved our stay!! Joe was an excellent host and very responsive. The house is well equipped with everything you'd need. There is so much space both inside and out for a large group. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The outside areas are lovely! The most pleasant surprise for me was the quality of the beds. The mattress in the *Tropical Room" was amazing. I stay in many VRBO rentals and don't usually have much luck with quality/comfortable mattresses. We would absolutely return.

The view from the house was absolutely stunning. Large spacious house with plenty of room for the whole family. Joe was a great host! He offered to decorate for Christmas and was very helpful and responsive anytime we needed anything. Would absolutely go back again!
