This beautifully appointed and newly built home is the perfect place for a memorable holiday; with ocean views as far as the eye can see and a gorgeous deck to sit back and enjoy it all. The property is ideally located for beautiful walks along Franklin Parade and all the way to the bluff or Granite Island. In close proximity to shops, restaurants, cafes and all Victor Harbor has to offer.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
