The Pavilion on Wentworth—A Tranquil Lagoon Escape

Wide passageways, high ceilings and expansive feature windows create an immediate sense of openness, drawing lagoon views deep into the home. Polished concrete floors and neutral finishes add to the calm, modern feel, while oversized industrial doors connect indoor living with the outdoors.

The open-plan living area is generous and inviting, with two comfortable sofas facing the TV, a large timber dining table and seamless flow to the covered alfresco terrace overlooking the water. The kitchen is designed for real use, featuring full appliances, a walk-in pantry and plenty of counter space—ideal for shared meals or longer stays.

Accommodation is well zoned for privacy and comfort. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite with walk-in shower, generous wardrobe space, a dedicated workspace and views to the front garden. Two additional bedrooms are fitted with double beds, while a fourth bedroom includes a king single, TV and compact workspace. The main bathroom is notably spacious, with a long vanity and mirror, a deep standalone bath, separate shower and enclosed toilet.

Outside, the shaded alfresco area overlooks the lagoon and a private upgraded jetty, perfect for fishing, kayaking or evening drinks by the water. A well-equipped laundry room and a dual-entry double garage—allowing boat access through to the jetty—complete this well-considered waterfront retreat. The local magpies occasionally stop by to greet you; they’re always very friendly.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
