Dock Life Beach 1 - Cottage 10, Riverside 2 bedroom, 3 min walk to Beach 1

Great location. Great view!
Riverview and Access. From the windows, watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Simple upper level cottage sleeps up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms with a double bed. Double pull out futon in the living room.
Full kitchen, A/C, Good WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
Restaurant and jetski rentals on-site - how fun is that!? Playground, tennis court and walking trails an easy walk away.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (2) Cars Only - no extras please.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

Not great if you have little ones. It's like Spring Break 24/7

The location is great. Also very important to me is cleanliness and this was clean with freshly laundered linens. Which I love. But that's where the positive ends. Parking is a nightmare. There isn't enough parking for the amount of cottages so they actually have you blocking people in and people blocking you in. Worse still is the fact that there is no clear distinction between parking area and access to cottages so where you and your little ones park and navigate cars in tight spaces is the same space where your little ones have to walk. Not safe at all. We booked this place because it specifically said "family friendly, no parties". Well the amount of preteens and teens that were renting there without adults was crazy. They were drunk and crazy. It's a shame because this could be a great little place for families. Walking distance to everything.
