Great location. Great view!
Riverview and access. From your private deck 10ft away from the river's edge, watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Cute lower unit sleeps up to 6 people with a double bed in each bedroom and a double pull out futon.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFi, Flatscreen Smart TV.
Restaurant and jetski rentals on-site - how fun is that!? Playground, tennis court and walking trails an easy walk away.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (2) Cars Only - no extras please.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

Small cottage but enough for a weekend , the place has a beautiful view , close to beach 1 and also very clean . We had some trouble with the shower , you can’t regulate the water temperature , but other than that We liked the place .

Super easy check in Communicated with the owner Tak week before our arrival to confirm He was very helpful and remembered me when we arrived. Staff on site very professional we had a bbq exclusive to our unit used it everyday it was clean and working perfectly fly never had to use ours on the beach as always brought freshly bbq meal from our accommodation made it very easy and for enjoyable stay Basia (Barbara) and Tim from Toronto

Great Location

5 mins to Strip! was nice to go for dinner... but if with kids it is abit loud... people were above us stomping all night and morning. and the other unit on the other side as I think there is 3 were playing music pretty late, which we dont mind as we enjoy it but some might now... its a social spot which we prefer! thanks for stay.

Not a family vacation spot

The unit was clean and proximity to beach 1 was amazing but the compliments stop there. Shower was very small and didn’t drain, dining table had sides that folded down but wouldn’t stay up straight so our family had to eat in shifts, dishes and cutlery were all mismatched, fridge was a larger bar fridge (fine for a couple of days but nothing longer), no curtains on some of the windows in the front, which is another sleeping space. Fire alarm went off whenever you used the toaster or stove. Units with teens on either side of us. Woke up at 2am the first night with someone puking outside my window. Second night there was a chugging contest outside of the other window that went on past midnight. Great place to party, but don’t bring your family.
