Dock Life Beach 1 - Cottage 8, Riverside, 2 bdrm and Loft, 3 min walk to Beach 1

Great location!
River access. Streetview, but use our huge common riverside grassed area and patio to watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Simple cottage sleeps up to 7 people with a double bed in one bedroom, single bed in the other, a double pull out futon in the living room area and a double mattress up in the little loft.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
Restaurant and jetski rentals on-site - how fun is that!? Playground, tennis court and walking trails an easy walk away.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (2) Cars Only - no extras please.
*In the photos, it's the cottage to the right.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

Good vacation

All in all the cabin was adequate for our needs. Could maybe have a kettle to boil water for tea. Found the loft to be unsafe for young kids , need some kind of guard to prevent kids who may move around in their sleep from falling . Possibly a handle to at the top of the ladder to pull oneself up from the top step of the ladder. Location for the beach was great and the staff was very good.

Very tiny space

We were a group of 7 and the ad says sleeps 8 with 2 dogs. I found the listing not matching the pictures it looked bigger on the photos. There wasn’t enough chairs for us and we were crammed. There was a nook up for 2 people to sleep but grown adults won’t go up that high. This ruined my trip becuz I felt responsible for booking it. 😫😖😣☹️🙁😩🥺😢😭
