Lovely place!

We loved the place and would highly recommend! It was very comfortable, plenty of room so our family of four could spread out, nice kitchen for cooking and dining in, perfect location close to trails for walking, running and biking. Good communication with host and easy check in process.

Lovely property

This was our second stay at this property, the first one being two years ago. We enjoyed it very much. New laminate flooring has been installed in the bedrooms since our last stay. We enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard and tennis courts as well as walks around the subdivision. We cooked meals easily in the kitchen. Short drive to St. Armand’s Circle area and beaches as well as nice bike trails. Only thing missing was one screen on the lanai but I’m sure it will be fixed. We’ll be back!

Needs updating

We rented for two weeks. Older villa in very quiet neighborhood. Good location near many beaches. Heated pool and hot tub were nice. Older residents in community. Unit needs to be updated but the decor was nice enough. Dishwasher was broken when we arrived and wasn’t fixed until 11 days later. Master bedroom mattress is old and uncomfortable so they put a 3 inch foam pad on top of it which makes it very soft and painful. I was in urgent care with back issues after sleeping there for 10 nights. We left 2 days early and cancelled the remaining 2 weeks of our vacation in Key West due to the back issues.

Nice house but main bed unworkable

The house was nice but I had to sleep in the kids bedroom in a little bed. The main bedroom had a very high bed with a mattress that was so soft you just sank in it, The owners need to replace this. In addition as I came for a family emergency I booked less than a week in advance. There is a management company for this property and they really treated me like a criminal asking for endless documents and photos.They also refused to give me entry details to the house up to 30 hours before my booking, causing a lot of additional stress, if I hadn’t paid in advance I would have canceled.

We loved that we had all the amenities it offered. We utilized the beach chairs & umbrellas. Loved the clubhouse, too. Wish there were tennis rackets and golf clubs to play golf and tennis.

Condo was in poor condition

Condo was in good location close to everything. The condo needed a good cleaning and needed updating. The tile on the floor was all chipped and floors were dirty. My wife washed the floors the first day we were there. Mirrors were all with film on them. Stove is very old. We had to sterilize the coffee pot before we could use it. The Lani had Cobb webs. Looking at the pictures on line looked like a clean place. Pictures can be deceiving. The newer condos in the area looked very nice and well kept.

Community was very nice and maintained well

Condo was clean. No frills. Comfortable couch and chair in living room, there were 2 other chairs for living space that would not be comfortable to watch tv. Master bed was comfortable. Bedroom 2 had 2 twin beds(no headboards) Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster. Full size washer dryer. 4 beach towels were provided. Bath towels were provided, but if you had more than 2 people there you would be washing towels everyday. BOTH BATHROOMS NEED A REMODEL!!!!! Low shower head, water pressure was not good.? Pool was within walking distance and people at pool were friendly.

We loved out stay at Siesta Key. The place was clean and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again. There is only one complaint. It might seem trivial to some but when I stay at a VRBO property I hope the kitchen has the basics. Dont get me wrong it had everything as far as dishes glasses etc. I am talking about basic salt and pepper spices etc . I would rather have these basics then new bottles of shampoo and conditioner ( which were in each bathroom)Other than not having to buy these essentials. the stay was great! Bed was super comfy.
