'Casa on Bridges' is located in quiet cul-de-sac which makes it the perfect holiday home for a short or long break, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a wonderfully large open living area for families to enjoy their time together.

It will be hard to believe you're in Central Dunsborough when you're in the back yard, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful outlook over the nature reserve at any time of the day.

This spacious modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has a lot to offer at an affordable price, the Master Bedroom and ensuite has a king size bed and looks out the alfresco area, bedroom two has a king bed and there are two single beds in the third bedroom.

Bedroom two and three share the main bathroom that has a vanity, shower & separate bath, the WC is located between the bathroom and laundry. The laundry has a top load washing machine, trough and bench space.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is perfect, well equipped kitchen, large dining room table and comfortable couches to watch Television.

Inside no matter what the conditions your comfort is guaranteed with reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning in all bedrooms All this and your just a ten minute walk to both beach and town ideal for your net family getaway.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
Bin collection day is Tuesday please place both the green bin & recycling bin on the front curb Monday evening. If bin day is not during your stay bins are to be taken out to the curb on departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must be 21 and over unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Groups with one guest over 21 and the rest 18-20 will be declined.
COVID POLICY COVID-19 is considered a known event and a foreseeable risk that you are accepting, therefore the cancellation policy will apply

Dunsborough getaway

We had a wonderful stay! House was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Only downside was the water pressure was not brilliant. Overall we loved our stay and were sad to leave!

The house was perfect. The living area is spacious and inviting with enough room for everyone to sit (this is rarer than you think). The beds were comfortable. The house was clean, light and airy with great air con for the hotter times of the day.
