We had a fantastic stay at Avalon!! The property was immaculate, homey and very comfortable. Simone & Pete were wonderful hosts, great communication. The location was perfect and we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay. We highly recommend this property.

Weekend Getaway

This was a short weekend stay to enjoy some beach and fishing time. The location was perfect and there was literally nothing we could fault with the accommodation. Clean, well furnished and with everything you would need in the kitchen. Even had beach towels. We were already looking to see when we could book to stay again.

Great base for a couple of days in Wannanup

The property has absolutely everything you need for a couple of days in Wannanup, and the location is great - walking distance to the beach, coffee and shops.

Perfect home away from home

Stayed here for 1 night as we had a job to complete in Falcon and didn’t want to drive back to Perth. Amazing house, super clean and tidy, really comfy beds and the house had everything we needed. Stones throw to the ocean too! Thank you!

Great accommodation

The townhouse was perfect for our short stay. Lovely location close to Avalon beach with great small cafe down the road. Highly recommend for families - such a quiet neighbourhood. Very easy access and great communication with the owners. Shame we couldn’t stay longer.

Beautiful location

Hubby & I had a wonderful stay, very relaxing. With the beach just down the road & lovely area to go for walks with our dog, perfect. The villa is very well stocked & nicely decorated & comfortable. A lovely bottle of wine was very much appreciated.

Beautiful house in a great location. Perfect place to come back to after a day exploring Mandurah, and to have the sunset on the beach right on your doorstep was just amazing .

The apartment is really well equipped with everything needed for a fabulous stay. Comfortable beds with quality linen, well appointed living areas & kitchen & was very clean, tidy & modern. Loved the location, close to beach, walking trails & French patisserie. Highly recommend!

Avalon Stay

My husband, three children & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could need is at your fingertips. A great location & a lovely home. The extra board games & puzzles were a real hit with my children also.
