Only 1 vehicle may be parked outside of the garage door, behind the townhome. No other cars may be parked behind the building.

Quiet hours must be observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, per the City of Asheville’s noise ordinance. Please keep this in mind when using the deck.
