The home comprises three connected suites under one roof that are presented as a single exclusive retreat, ensuring complete privacy for your group. The house features seven king bedrooms, four bathrooms, a full modern kitchen, dining room, a spacious main living area, and two additional living areas including a TV room. The property comfortably accommodates up to 23 guests, with the addition of three sofa beds and one floor mattress. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for your comfort.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large entertaining area complete with BBQ and outdoor lounge seating, the perfect place to take in the vineyard views, enjoy a glass of Margaret River wine, watch the sunset, and listen to the birdlife. The kids big and small haven’t been forgotten, with a basketball hoop, cricket set, and plenty of bushland to explore.

Linen and towels are provided and professionally laundered for your stay. For your convenience, the home includes a washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with essentials such as dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, and serviettes — everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Adjoining Yelverton State Forest, the property is surrounded by magnificent treescapes and abundant native flora and fauna, with direct access to beautiful walking trails. Some of the region’s most celebrated wineries — including Vasse Felix, Cullen Wines, Brookland Valley, Pierro, Sandalford, and Woodlands — are just minutes away. Gum Nuts also offers easy access to Margaret River, Yallingup, stunning South West beaches, and popular attractions such as the Margaret River Chocolate Company and The Candy Cow in nearby Cowaramup.
