The Space
Guests entering the home will find themselves in an elegant foyer with stunning Blackbutt flooring which flows throughout the living areas of the home adding a warmth and elegance. The house itself is exceptionally spacious, so every member of the group will be able to enjoy their own privacy.

To the right on entry a long passageway leads to 4 bedrooms, all thoughtfully designed with privacy in mind and each with their own ensuite and stunning views of the landscape. A convenient verandah can be accessed from the passageway for those guests who enjoy an early morning cuppa, prepared at the mini-kitchennette in the passageway.

Via the foyer and passageway, you will enter an expansive and impressive open-plan living area with 10-seater dining that opens to a large entertaining courtyard with BBQ and alfresco dining facilities. Perfect place for a late afternoon get-together over a glass of wine sourced from the region and a lazy BBQ dinner.

Adjacent to the dining area is a lounge/media area, which provides a lovely winter media room and is separated from the dining by a double-sided gas log fireplace. The dining area is furnished with a solid wood table and comfortable chairs.

The kitchen has to be seen to be believed, it’s a gourmet’s dream with everything you could possibly need, including heaps of bench space. There is also another comfortably seated living area where you can sit back, relax and take in the stunning views while you plan your next day’s activities. Located near world-class wineries and galleries, there is plenty to do and keep you active during your stay in the south west.

Last one to bed can turn off the living area lights and with any luck it will be you, as the master bedroom is located off of the living area at the back of the home, complete with luxurious master ensuite and bath. Reverse cycle air-conditioning is throughout the home for your comfort.

Also available at the property is a well-equipped laundry, washing line and double garage.
