This beautiful three-bedroom, plus den two-bath home has excellent southern exposure and a heated pool. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen, new ceiling fans, and tile flooring throughout. This home is near Marco Library, the dog park, and Mackle Park, which has a great playground and water park for the kids and a nice path surrounding the pond. The YMCA, Racquet Club, shops, and restaurants are within a short distance of this home.
This home is pet-friendly for dogs only and has a refundable pet deposit.
