This charming vacation home is conveniently located near the beach, tennis courts, sports center, bowling club, and parklands.
Previously known as “Sea Pup,” it now has new owners who have made some minor adjustments while retaining its original beauty. This two-story dog-friendly home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom with a king-sized bed, smart TV, and ensuite is on the ground floor along with the kitchen, dining area for six, an L-shaped living room with a gas log heater, and a R/C air conditioner.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with R/C air conditioners – one with two king single beds and the other with two single beds. The main bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet is also on the upper floor.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, under-bench oven, and other essential appliances.
The laundry features a front loader washing machine with access to an outdoor clothesline and a double lock-up garage. The L-shaped living area offers a TV zone with a smart TV, a comfortable lounge, a dining area for six, an additional couch, and a cozy armchair by the gas log heater. Sliding glass doors open to the spacious back deck with a BBQ, outdoor seating, and sun loungers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Flinders Rest. It is a beautiful, spacious, pet friendly townhouse with a neat little backyard. Nice walking distance to the main street, super close to the beach. We are already looking forward to another visit.
