Main bedroom with king size bed, ensuite and amazing views on entry level, as is Bedroom 4 which has a queen size bed and two long single beds. Upstairs is another master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite. Also on this level is Bedroom two which has king size bed, and Bedroom 3 also has a king size bed with lounge area and balcony. Cot available.

The large lounge room is situated at the front of the house opens onto the deck to capture the full view. The kitchen is in the centre of the house and has everything that is needed - microwave, dishwasher etc.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children’s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique ‘Indie Films’ to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

North Avoca Beachfront

The house has an excellent location right on the beach. All bedrooms are generous in size with all the amenities you need for a great family holiday.
