Grab a cool drink , and take a short stroll across the street to your private beach access for sunset. Relax or cookout on the over sized wrap around deck , as you take in the fresh air of the gulf. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I came into Longboat Key for a wedding and the barefoot bungalow was the perfect place for me! The owners recently redid the bathroom and it feels like a spa! The decor is perfectly done and the place is beachy and clean. It was plenty of space and was stocked with beach chairs, towels, etc. I cannot wait to come back!

Relaxing vacation

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Barefoot Bungalow. The beach access was a little hard to find at first (across Main Street) but once we found it it was an easy walk to what felt like a semi private beach. Very few people out there and water is beautiful on the Gulf side!! Nearby restaurants were all good and short drive from Anna Marie and Siesta Key beach. We preferred the beach area across the street since it wasn’t crowded and easy short walk across street. The Bungalow is styled very nicely with full kitchen, lovely bedroom, comfortable living room area and front deck to enjoy if you want to sit outside. We spent most of our time relaxing at the beach.

Fabulous time at the Barefoot Bungalow

The Barefoot Bungalow is perfectly situated one block from the beach and 1 block from the bay. It is on a quiet street and contains many upgrades such as a new stove/oven, a new large wrap-around deck, and a very comfortable queen sized bed. We found the kitchen to be well-equipped and had everything we needed. The outdoor shower is amazing! There is a pool, tennis court, bikes, and a 24/7 gym available for guests. We enjoyed both the pool and gym. The bungalow is within walking distance to restaurants. There is a washer/dryer on site and beach chairs/umbrella for guests to use. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next visit!
