Timberline K2 is a beautifully renovated Sunrise condo. Lounge by the fire in this very open and airy living area with great views and plenty of space to enjoy your family and friends.

One of the best sports centers in Killington is at Sunrise. There's a wonderful indoor heated pool with a hot tub and a great workout facility. The summer offers an outdoor heated pool and hot tub and an area for you to barbecue for your family and friends.

Great Ski In and Out Location!!

This was a perfect unit for our ski group. The location to the mountain was amazing for the price and the size of the unit was roomy for 7 people. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Rental agency was very responsive. Unit was clean upon arrival and stocked with wood for the chilly weekend!

Solid condo, accurate description

The condo is two floors. One bedroom on the main floor and two on the second. The common area is comfortable, with a decent sized living room and a smallish kitchen and dining room. It includes all the necessary kitchen items and a working fireplace -- with fire starters! Only issue (and it may be a plus for some) is that it is all the way at the far end of Killington. In theory, if all the slopes are open, it could be considered ski in, ski out. Without all the lifts and slopes open, however, you will be driving 10 to 15 minutes to a parking lot.

Nice unit

Great location, nice unit but they should change their cleaning company, dishes were put away with dried food on them, the unit was very dusty, coffee table had beer stains on it. It almost looked like the unit wasn't cleaned. They did come back after we called and did a very good job cleaning.

Condo was very dusty, I could write my name on the toaster oven in the kitchen, the furniture and the bannisters upstairs. Was superficially dusted only in some places. Sent an email to the manager and never heard back.

Home away from home

We had a great stay at Sunrise Timberline at Killington. The place was well appointed with comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen. The condo was clean with fresh sheets and towels to welcome us. The neighborhood was peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.
