Great spot to enjoy time away. Just a five-minute walk to the main street, the marina and trains. The Blues Train for a night of music and The Q Train for fine dining. The sandy beaches along the bay are close by for swimming, sailing or just strolling.

The Bellarine Rail Trail is at your doorstep. Fenced in backyard with a barbeque and outdoor settings so you can enjoy those warm evenings with your family and friends while enjoying the lovely views of the old steam trains and the boat ramp on swan bay. This 3-bedroom home presents an open living with adjoining lounge which flows through to the well-equipped kitchen.

The split system and fans provide temperature control to make your stay comfortable in hot or cool weather. The bathroom provides bath and shower, there is also a separate toilet and laundry offering washing machine and dryer. This enticing property has everything you need, and is positioned in a fantastic location, ideal for your next getaway.

Bare minimum

Not advertised that there is no linen until after booking. No bed linen, no towels. 1 tea towel supplied. After booking your receive an email stating you need to supply all linen for your stay. Place was clean and close to town. Very minimal in it, small coffee and small tea, no sugar. Oven was hard to use, instructions would of been a great help.

The property is at an excellent location. We enjoyed staying at this house very much. Please update the list of amenities because the virtual agent responded with "This property does not have a TV." The major inconvenience is that the property does not have WiFi/Internet and 4G (Optus) didn't work well inside the house.
