This 3 bedroom unit backs on to the Welland river 3 minutes from the falls. Walking distance to beer store, grocery and drug store. Lots of local restaurants are walking distance. Feel like you are In the country yet the busy life of Niagara tourist is just 3 minutes away. Access to dock on the water. Dock is shared with unit below. This is a duplex home. Laundry on site.

Just Fabulous!

With walking distance to Niagara Falls, this location was perfect for a peaceful relaxing getaway to Niagara. Will be back!!

Wonderful !!!!

We really loved this little house. We had the entire main house with 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. We had access to the dock and enjoyed that. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and we all slept really well. We ate at a local restaurant with a fantastic owner and staff! The Niagara Falls attractions were about a 10 minute drive away. I would also recommend eating at the Queen Victoria Place Restaurant. We ate on the porch and had a fantastic view of the falls changing colors and the fireworks!

A Place for Those Looking to Socialize with folks outside your group.

The home is lovely, clean and well maintained. The location is great- close enough to the falls for convenience while being away from the busyness of the tourist area. Located near the water, with a shared dock seperated from the home only by a small road, this is a great location. The hosts are friendly and extremely social, eager to tell us about the creek, the local area, the many suicides at The Falls, and frequently hosting friends and private parties on the property during our rental. We were even invited to attend a large birthday party being held for a friend of the hosts' on the property during our stay. When we expressed that we did not wish to attend this event, Christine was kind enough to let us know that they often host events and share they dock with "pretty much all of Chippewa Creek" and even let us know local police had atteneded and we had missed out on meeting one officer who was a "gorgeous blonde". Our party rented this spot as a homebase for a few days over a friends wedding weekend, and our group of 6 just wasn't looking to attend other parties during our stay. Christine very helpfully modified the advertisement to more accurately describe the shared dock upon our suggestion, which we appreciate greatly. Again, an excellent location on the water with clean accomdations. Extremely well-suited to any group looking to socialize heavily with your hosts and locals during your vacation!

Amazing

We had a great time. We didn’t want leave . The house was very beautiful, clean, and comfy. We found everything we need in the house. The area is so quiet and people are friendly. The Lakeview was amazing and so peaceful, we loved it . Short drive to the falls and activities. We met the owner who were very nice. well deserved for the five stars.

Amazing!!!

Right from the reservation we got an amazing service. Christine was super quick to answer all my questions, and was giving a lot of informations relating to the house and our stay. They were very, very welcoming!!!! The house was super clean, with everything and more, of what was needed for our stay. The house is very beautiful; and having access to the dock and the river was the highlight of our stay. I diffinitely recommand that place and we are looking forward to be able to return. Thanks again to Christine and her husband!!! we had a WONDERFUL stay!!! Sylvie
