Outdated house

I was disappointed from the first step I walked into this house. A strong bad smell when we opened the door. Very outdated house. Not clean, you can see spider webs on the corners of the house. The bath tub is peeling and a lot of paint stains on it. The window of the kitchen doesn't lock. The curtains in the windows are very short of you cover one side the other side gets uncovered. Dirty table cloth. In the entrance there is a safety hazard with the electric plug. It was uncovered and went throughout the living room, which could cause people to trip or a fire. Plus a neighbor who was complaining about parking. I had to park my car on the grass area in the small backyard or in the road which i didn't feel safe to do so.
