We had the best time in gatlinburg - this property is seriously right down town. We saved so much time and money not having to drive & park places downtown - we were able to walk everywhere! The actual apartment was perfect; we had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to gatlinburg in the future!

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend. After contacting the property manager by text to ask a check-in question, we were offered an upgrade to the unit next door that was larger at no extra charge. Great location if you want to be close to the Gatlinburg strip.

Fantastic little getaway!

Had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. We checked in after dark and it was late so was skeptical at first but once we parked and got situated and in the room was exceptionally suprised. It was perfect for our stay to celebrate my daughter graduating college. When i come back and its not the entire family i will definitely be checking on this place. Location was amazing and quiet when we were in our room. Perfect for a couples getaway who wants to spend their time downtown in Gatlinburg!

Location is great

The unit is located right up the street from downtown, very quick walk. No shampoo or conditioner or any extra stuff that you may find at most rentals. The bed wasn't for me or my wife, not the most comfortable. But like I said the location was wonderful and being able to park so close and not deal with traffic was amazing.

Convenient location

I was under the impression that the interior was larger. It is truly a studio, more like a hotel room with a kitchen. The street in front was loud with traffic all the time and the bed was uncomfortable. Needed more blankets and pillowcases for extra pillows. It was very close in proximity to everything we wanted to see and do so that it its best feature. The inside of the room was clean and we used the refrigerator and coffee maker so didn't pay attention to how well the kitchen was stocked. Worth what we paid for a holiday weekend.
