This recently built home is spacious, clean, and comfortable in every way. The kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare and eat meals, an island with bar stools, and a large dining table with enough seating for everyone. There is a high chair included for the babies in the group. You'll have plenty of space to store your group's food between the pantry and countertops.

During the warmer months, the picnic table on the deck is the perfect place to finish eating your raspberry shake after spending the day in the sun. In addition to outdoor seating, guests are welcome to use the propane and/or Blackstone grills. The kids will love the twisty slide that is attached to the deck. The living room has large windows spanning the east side of the home to ensure constant lake views. The hot tub under the deck is a big hit during any season!

Vacationing with family? No problem; there is room for everyone! Connected to the kitchen/dining area is a living room so everyone can hang out together. Downstairs there is a spacious area that is ideal for the whole family to watch movies or visit. There is also a large table for playing games to appeal to the competitive members of the family.

Each bedroom was designed with guests in mind; the rooms are spacious to accommodate luggage, portable cribs, and to avoid feeling crammed.

Recreation
You can't visit Garden City without playing in the water! The lake is a quick five minute drive down the hill, and you won't have to worry about overcrowded beaches because this home includes access to Ideal Beach! Ideal Beach has private beach access (only available to those with a pass), pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, a large grassy area, plenty of shade, water sport rentals, mini golf, playgrounds, ice cream shop, and many activities suited for children, teens, and families! Enjoy playing with the host's paddleboard and kayaks that are stored at this home!

This home is located near Bear Lake Golf Course (5 mins), Ideal Beach Resort (7 mins), Pickleville Playhouse (5 mins), raspberry shakes/favorite food options (10 mins), Bear Lake State Park/Marina (15 mins), Minnetonka Caves (45 mins). Beaver Mountain Ski Resort (30 mins), and snowmobiling/sledding in the Logan Canyon (30 mins).
