Pool Access Update
Please note: Our building's pool will be closed for repairs from July 21st through early September.
During this time, we’re happy to offer complimentary access to the Marriott pool, conveniently located right next door. Guests can easily access it through our retail lobby.

Located on the 28th floor, Endless Summer! is a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom retreat that offers water views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park views from its private balcony. With over 1200 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Endless Summer! accommodates a maximum of 2 adults plus children (15 years of age or younger).

As you step into Endless Summer! a fully equipped kitchen awaits you. With a Publix grocery store just 1/2 block away, cooking on vacation has never been easier! There is also a washer and dryer on-site, so going home with dirty laundry is not an option.

The half bathroom is located across from the kitchen, it features modern fixtures and is a convenient and comfortable space for guests to freshen up. Its proximity to the kitchen ensures that guests can quickly access it without having to venture too far from the common areas of the condo.

The dining area is beautifully decorated with a modern touch and features a warm and inviting ambiance. With comfortable seating for four, its the perfect space for guests to gather and enjoy a meal or drinks together. The stylish and spacious dining area is illuminated by plenty of natural light, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere.
