Unwind Holidays presents // Rothesay Bay Escape - Mini Resort // Welcome to our peaceful and cozy private space located on the ground level, situated in Rothesay Bay, Auckland. Perfect location close to Browns Bay village with all you need is walking distance to supermarket, Cafes, Restaurants, Sunday markets, and nice beaches 3 to 5 minutes walk away.

The Space:
A modern private room with a living area, TV, Bathroom and toilet, and a big private deck area just outside your door. Serene and quiet private down that end of the house, sharing with another nice guy who is not much there.

The other end of the house is sharing including the kitchen, dining, lounge with a fireplace, table tennis, extra toilet and many outdoor spaces with a swimming pool in a tropical garden as well as a BBQ area that you are welcome to use at any time.

Guest Access:
