Blue Bird House - Private Access to Back 40 Trails

Summary:
Hello! We hope you come and stay at our home for your next trip to ride the mountain biking trails or to explore Bentonville and all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Our home has Private access to the Back 40 trail through the backyard.

The Space:
Our house is located right on the Back 40 Trail. We offer private access to the trail through a gate in the backyard. This makes it easy to jump on your bike and explore the amazing trail system but also the natural beauty of Northwest Arkansas.

Guest Access:
We offer access to our whole house. We have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and common area with a couch that pulls out to a queen size bed to accommodate a group of 8 comfortably. Our favorite part of this house is the backyard. It’s a great spot to gather for a BBQ on the back deck or roast marshmallows for s’mores at the fire pit! Just beyond the fire pit is the Back 40 trail (SBAT). If you come for mountain biking, we have a garage to store your bike(s) and we have a bike rack and a bike cleaning station for you to use after a day of riding.

The Neighborhood:
This home is close to bike trails, hiking trails, waterfalls, a grocery store, just a few minutes drive to downtown Bentonville.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around would be bikes or by car while you stay here.

Other Things to Note:
Observation of house rules is strictly enforced. Upon check out, if there is apparent negligence to the house rules, we reserve the right to invoice your card on file up to $500 for additional cleaning and damages to the house.

The fireplace in living room is not a working fireplace.

This home is Realtor owned.

Lovely house, lovely neighborhood too
We were in the area for a bicycle race and happened upon the house very late in my decision to find housing for the race, I’d planned to camp solo, but the wife had time off from work so it was decided a house was needed. Personally I can’t understand how the place was available when I started looking, cost wise it was great, location, really good, especially if I’d been mountain biking not gravel racing this trip, and they allowed dogs. We booked, drove down, stayed, walked the dogs, were close to town but not in town, had a quiet place to sleep, what more can you ask for? Frankly, it’s the first place I’ll look to see if it’s available next time we go to NWA. I hope whomever reads this does too, just not when we wish to stay at the house. Great stay, great place.

Restful house in the trees
Pictures don't do this house justice. Whether we sat on the deck or lounged in the hot tub, we felt like we were living in a tree house. The willow trees moved like green waterfalls, just mesmerizing. We enjoyed a walk through the woods. The bike/walking path starts beside the house next door, or directly out the back gate if you want to rough it about 40 yards! We changed our plans, decided to eat in (grocery store was so handy) and even skipped the museum and battlefield because the house was so well equipped and relaxing. We were 3 adults and a dog. The fenced yard allowed the dog to explore and sniff without a leash. Each bedroom had beautiful views and comfy beds. Whether you headquarter here and take your bikes on the trails or just stay close and relax like we did, this house will serve your needs well.

Gorgeous home right on bike trail
We were so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this home is. And you can roll out of bed (very comfy, by the way) and be on the bike path. Backyard is gorgeous, too.

Best BnB yet
We have rented several houses in nwa for bike events and group gatherings. This was by far one of the nicest. 5/5 would stay there again.
