Gracious living overlooking the golf course and direct access to Back 40 Bike Trail. This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is open and stylish. The garden sunroom across the back of the house has large windows with a wonderful view. The BED SWING could provide sleeping for 2 additional guests, or just a relaxing spot to read or listen to your favorite music surrounded by greenery and a botanical atmosphere. Comfortable furnishings with a king and two queen beds, this house is also furnished with everything you need past personal items and food. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Port-a-crib available upon request.

It was our first time using anything like VRBO and it was definitely a pleasant experience. Our rental was as expected, love that it was dog friendly without having weight restrictions. The home was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity were to arise.

Garden on the Green

The house and location were great. It was beautifully decorated and was even decorated for Christmas. Will definitely stay there again. The family loved the open feeling of the house.

Great place in Bella Vista

We stayed here for a week of mountain biking and found the location to be perfect. Right on the back 40 and a short drive to slaughter pen and Coler. House was clean and spacious with a great view in the backyard. Great option for MTBers!

Nice Place

Really like the Bella Vista neighborhood and area in general. The house is elevated overlooking part of the golf course. We had deer run through the yard, enjoyed the fire pit one night, and lounged on the hanging bed with a view of it all. Very relaxing.

The house was very accommodating. We had room for everyone. The large garage was nice to have. The kitchen had all utensils needed. We differently would rent this house again as this was our second to rent it.

Weekend to explore

This was our first time to the area so we did not know what to expect or where to stay. Gracious Living was a very comfortable stay in a nice neighborhood. The only disappointment was that the fireplace was not working and it was quite a cool weekend so it would have been nice to have.

Bella Vista Dream Stay

We found the property far beyond our expectations. It was large, clean, well maintained and had a great view over the Metfield golf course. Plus, it was just above the Back 40 bike trail and had an easy 15 minute bike ride down to the Blowing Springs trails along with miles of little traveled gravel roads north of Bella Vista that lead up into Missouri. Great neighborhood and neighbors. You'll love this rental. Very modern and far superior to any hotel you could find for miles. Make your reservations early.

Very nice home. The Back 40 trail is behind the back yard but the access is about .2 miles away at Taylor Drive and Blizzen Ln. We enjoyed our stay!

Feels like home!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and hope to stay here every year from now on! The home is very welcoming and comfortable, but also very stylish! Everything you might need is provided! A fully stocked kitchen, toiletries and bathroom conveniences, towels, sheets. Also, the beds and pillows are very comfortable! It's just about like being at home.Our daughter is disabled and the open floor plan, as well as the zero entry at the front door and through the garage is just what we need to have a fun and safe place to stay for our family! Vangie is a wonderful host, and communicates quickly if needed, and makes you feel so welcome!No doubt, we'll be back!!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

This is a great home to relax and enjoy time with family. Furniture beds are super comfy with soft sheets and pillows. Plenty of towels in baths and kitchen. Host provided plenty of paper goods snd trash bags. Loved being able to bring our 3 pups. Host was very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations

Spacious with beautiful views, and most importantly for us, dog friendly. Close to Bentonville and right on the Back 40 trail as stated. We easily accessed the trail from multiple close trailheads. Great time had by all.

My family of 3 really enjoyed our stay here. We’ve traveled to NWA several times, and this was our favorite place that we’ve ever stayed. The view from the room with the swing bed is so beautiful. The house was very homey and clean.

My wife and I had been through two tough weeks with work and surgery with our son. We were ready for a break in look forward to returning to our favorite property in Bellavista. Girls trip!

Perfect Accommodations! Beautiful home stocked with everything you need! A bar in the bathroom would have been perfect since I'm in a wheelchair but we made it work. Loved the place! Defiantly would book again!
