Enjoy all that Templestowe has to offer with my inviting, comfortable and cosy home. Whilst being in the heart of Templestowe, my home is within walking distance to a variety of local cafes, supermarkets, parks and more.
My property includes a modern kitchen with island bench, two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom and a car space. Beautiful clean vinyl floors throughout the home gives the place character and warmth. It shows off a large living space with both indoor and outdoor dining options. Entertainment includes a smart tv with access to WiFi, Foxtel, Netflix and Stan. My home includes air-conditioning and heating and guests have full access to the pool and sauna.
It has a dedicated car space with extra off street parking available.
*** COVID-19 enhanced cleaning in place. We also provide complementary masks & hand sanitiser.
Situated only metres from Templestowe Village Shopping Centre which includes restaurants, cafes and an IGA supermarket.
Walking distance to Westerfolds Park. 5 minute drive to Westfield Doncaster.
Access to public bus-stops right outside with routes to major shopping centres and the Melbourne CBD.
