The apartment is cosy and decorated to accommodate up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms: one suite with a double bed and another single bedroom with four beds and new mattresses.
Featuring a living and dining room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony overlooking Massaguaçu Beach, the apartment offers a comfortable environment with a kitchen, utensils, and laundry area.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. As the building does not have an lift, guests will only have to climb one flight of stairs to reach it.
We do not allow pets in the apartment.
Guests can enjoy not only Massaguacu Beach, but also the beaches of Capricórnio, Cocanha, Mococa, and Tabatinga, which are located near the apartment. The beautiful beaches of Ubatuba are a 20-minute drive away.
This apartment is located in a gated community across from Massaguaçu Beach. Enjoy the beautiful ocean and sunrise views from your balcony and beachfront location, in a communal area with a swimming pool, barbecue, sauna, children's playground, sports court, and private parking. Take the opportunity to explore the beachfront, listening to the sounds of the sea, in an environment close to restaurants, supermarkets, and beachfront kiosks.
