Lovely big house in a central location. Easy walking all over Sandy Bay. Nice view of the mountain and river. Pleasant sitting on the deck in the evenings.
Went to Hobart for a family wedding needed a house to accommodate a family group this was perfect , big spacious bedrooms 2 bathrooms 3 toilets , centrally located so walking distance to supermarket bottle shop and restraints . Beautiful quiet steer , what more could you want
Relaxing, well equiped especially for interstate and overseas travellers who don’t wish to travel with the basics in grocery supplies. Thank you for your thoughtfulness Andrew and Lisa
A lovely stay at a beautifully maintained property.
Sandy Bay was an excellent location to meet our singing obligations over the weekend.
The weather was sublime all weekend which was an added bonus.
All being well we will be back !
Beautiful property in great location. We only had one issue, our Tesla couldn’t get in the driveway, scrapping the bottom of the car on the footpath, and the street parking was very limited, ended up parking on another road one evening.
Lisa and Andrew being the management team were first class, informative and very helpful. The premises from the outside didn't look promising but upon entering, it had been beautifully renovated and was very spacious. It was meticulously clean and had most things required easily at hand. Such as pots, pans, glasses, cups etc.all clean in the kitchen, also coffee, tea and the odd foodstuff in the cupboards. All information for appliances, heating etc, easily available in a compendium. The beds were very comfy and had spotlessly clean quailty sheets. What really surprised us was the quietness, Sandy Bay is a busy suburb but it was so peaceful and quiet in this property. Wonderful. The only slight downside was the driveway, which was very narrow, once we squeezed our vehicle in, we could not open our doors to get out. We ended up parking outside the house in the very quiet street, so not really a problem. Will definitely be staying here again, highly recommended.
Brilliant !! Six of us stayed there for the Wooden Boat Show. The house was spacious and afforded the 3 couples plenty of privacy. It is well appointed and all the facilities work perfectly. It is a very quite street and all of us walked to and from the Boat Show, Salamanca Place, Battery Point and the Sandy Bay shops easily. Highly recommend this house
