LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, game room with bar, dining table, bar seating, smart TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a double bed and smart TV. Third bedroom has a double bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Recently updated. Granite countertops, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, wine fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with bar, pool table, foosball table, and a fireplace! Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture, benches, gas barbecue, fire pit, porch swing, and more! Enjoy the multiple front decks and large fenced yard with string lights. Outdoor activities include a horseshoe pit.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.
