The main level has 2 bedrooms that are spacious and include a king master suite. Another bedroom has its own space and access to the garage. You’ll love the dining area and barbecue on the ocean-view deck, and a hot tub awaits you on a lower deck. The charming neighborhood of Bella Beach is its own perk, with a private beach entry, children’s playground, café, and exquisite homes. You’re perfectly situated between Lincoln City and Newport for day trips, whether you are hunting fossils at Beverly Beach, taking a whale-watching boat out of Depoe Bay, or visiting the Oregon Coast Aquarium, you’ll know you’re a short distance from relaxing in your own Bella Casa!

Hot Tub and Bedroom Heater Problems!

The hot tub had various problems throughout our 4 night stay (water leak, GCFI breaker kept turning off, HOT FAULT error leading to dangerous 110+ degrees F water). Eventually, the hot tub repair guys said the hot tub needs to be replaced. The ground floor bedroom's cadet heater was disabled, so it was much colder than the rest of the house. It took two nights before the heater was fixed. I had to call and text Meredith Lodging (the rental company) multiple times, every day to let them know of the problems. I even visited their local Bella Beach office. Be sure to knock on the door because their door bell doesn't work. My advice is to check everything out. If there are any problems, contact Meredith Lodgings right away. Then, keep following up. I even asked them for a partial refund because of these problems and frustrations from me and my guests. Otherwise, the top floor common room and its view of the ocean are nice.

Ocean breeze

We had a great time enjoying the ocean view from the living room, relaxing in the hot tub, and morning coffee from the cafe within walking distance. You have to be ok with stairs, as there are 3 levels. We also had to get our own containers for left overs and ziploc bags. All other amenities were great!
