Wonderful stay!

My family and I came to Arizona on a fun trip to celebrate my graduation from college, and stayed here. This home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. The beds were really comfortable, and it was really easy to relax in the home.

Great for large families!!

The house was just perfect, very clean, comfortable and perfect size and slept 10 of us comfortably. We were there for our daughters college Graduation from GCU.It was conveniently located, pool was also very enjoyable for late April, even though it was not a heated pool, the weather was warm during the day, so it was comfortable for an evening swim.Our house contact was also very responsive on any questions/requests we had. We would definitely rent this home again.

Everything was awesome. The whole family loved being in the pool. The house was more than big enough, had everything we needed, was pretty clean. My only suggestion would be to have the AC going a day prior to guest checking in. The first day the AC could not catch up until late at night

House was clean, great space and kitchen, loved the pool! This was the perfect location for us to attend Spring Training games, and also easy access to downtown Pheonix for a Diamondbacks game. Also loved exploring Papagos Park (easy drive), breakfasts at Henhouse (close by) and Harlow's Diner, walking to Krispy Kreme and Safeway, and taking a great drive on the Apache Trail/Canyon Lake/Tortilla Flat (only an hour each way - great excursion!). House was in an established neighborhood with nice neighbors, yet still had a very private backyard. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths - perfect for each of us to have our own space when needed. If ever back in the area, will rent this house again!

Rough start but made it right

Both heaters were turned on when we arrived. House was 90 degrees plus. It took several hours to cool down since we were in June. Crew workers showed up at 7 in morning to blow leaves and woke us all up after hot night. BUT, we were reimbursed for miserable night AND we loved the pool and the home is modern and clean.

Great space

Nice clean stay. I read reviews regarding the neighborhood but we had no issues. I also read reviews about the pool not being heated n we had no issues….the kids enjoyed a nice ice bath after long days the baseball field. My only complaint is that the tub in the main bathroom is INCREDIbLY slippery. One guest had a terrible fall n come away with broken ribs. It should be fixed with a liner so that this doesn’t happen to someone else. All else was great n went smooth.

The pool WAS NOT HEATED a advertised very disappointing… as this was the main reason we chose this spot. the yard maintenance is awful, there are weeds everywhere. Eye sore of the street. The house was nice inside, convenient location, neighborhood was a little rough.

Home away from home

The house was beautiful and so comfortable. It had everything you need for a great stay. We all loved our rooms and the beds were very comfortable. It's close to lots of shopping and food, I would definitely recommend a stay here.
