This modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, nestled amongst boulders, native bush and modern art is one of four separate neighbouring villas suitable for up to 4 guests. Enjoy the private beach (shared with 3 other villas), explore the local Hamurana reserve, BBQ with your friends or soak in the spa pools under the stars (spa pools are shared with three other villas). Escape together to Toka Ridge.

The space is a newly built 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home Named Ngahere (meaning bush forest) home sits beautifully nestled into the developing native and parallel to the tall established oak trees on the property. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in comfy new Queen sized beds. Make use of the full kitchen, washer/dryer, heat pump/Aircon, gas fire and TV. Always professionally cleaned.

The cedar hot tub area is shared with up to 3 other villas. Hot tub is cleaned and maintained daily.

Hamurana is a tranquil, semi-rural lake side suburb located only 10 mins away from the supermarket, cafes and takeaway restaurants via either Ngogataha or the Okere Falls Store. The area is a more of an out-of-town experience being 17 mins from the Rotorua City Center and its many unique activities and experiences. Live like a local and take a stroll along the nearby lake front reserve or Springs and discover the relaxed natural vibe of the area for yourself.

There is ample parking for multiple vehicles. Hamurana is semi rural so having a vehicle is recommended for getting into Rotorua (15 -20mins) Otherwise we do have Uber and the nearest buss is Ngogataha.
