Tranquil, exclusive, spacious and perfectly situated on 1 acre, this deluxe 4-bedroom beachside residence comfortably accommodates up to 11 people offering a fabulous year-round proposition for discerning holidaymakers.

There is a great damn and an amazing BBQ in the expansive open space or just relax in the huge home with a fireplace and game of billiards.

From the moment you drive in the circular driveway, you will be impressed by this stunning residence.

THE SPACE
Specifically, set-up to accommodate up to 8 people, the residence is set on one level, is easily accessible and caters for dual families. All bedrooms are large, light-filled and spacious there is sure to be plenty of opportunity for everyone to relax and unwind.

Situated at the end of an exclusive cul-de-sac, on 1 acre of manicured surroundings, this sprawling 34 Square family home offers plenty of room to accommodate a few cars or boats with a huge 14m x 11m garage with high clearance and direct access to the home, along with plenty of area for extra cars etc.

The home has 4 generous size bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. With an open-plan kitchen and dining room and 2 separate large living areas where the whole family can spread out and relax.

In the outdoor area, you can enjoy some sunshine on the deck area or play on the large grass area that overlooks a dam.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Maximum 8 people to be at the home at all times. No extra people or visitors are allowed.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this before your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
