THE SPACE
Purposefully designed to accommodate up to 9 guests, this expansive single-level home is ideal for dual families or larger groups. Nestled at the end of an exclusive cul-de-sac on a beautifully maintained 1-acre block, the property offers space, privacy, and all the comforts of home.
The home spans an impressive 34 squares and includes a massive 14m x 11m high-clearance garage with direct access to the house—perfect for storing multiple vehicles, boats, or trailers. Additional parking is available in front of the home.
Step inside and feel instantly at home in the spacious layout, with multiple living areas designed to allow everyone room to relax. The home features 4 generously sized bedrooms, plus a fold-out sofa bed in one of the living areas to accommodate extra guests.
There are two separate living spaces. The main open-plan living and dining area offers serene views of the backyard and dam, with a dining space large enough for the whole group.
The second lounge provides additional space to unwind and includes a pool table for your entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your cooking needs, and nearby is a large laundry room with a washing machine and ample space for handling laundry during your stay.
The home features two well-appointed bathrooms, including an ensuite off the master bedroom. The main bathroom includes a bath, shower, and separate toilet for convenience.
Outside, you'll find a fantastic patio area with a BBQ and plenty of seating—ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Children will love the expansive grassy area, which overlooks a tranquil dam.
Garage access allows parking for two vehicles, with extra parking available out front.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. External CCTV is in place, monitored only in the event of concerns or issues. There are 8 security cameras at the home. 3 located at the front of the property, 1 on the left-hand side of the home, 1 on the right-hand side of the home and 3 located at the back of the home.
GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps 9 guests across 4 bedrooms.
Maximum 9 people to be at the home at all times. No extra people or visitors are allowed.

Guests have the choice of:
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
Lost or damaged hired linen may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no towel sets are requested for hire unless advised. Lost or damaged hired linen may incur costs.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this before your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Bed linen is provided. Guests are required to bring your towels unless prearranged.
